If you're struggling to make those habits stick, then our habit tracking notepad if perfect for you! I struggle to drink enough water, but suddenly when you're gamifying it things become more exciting! Great for neurodiverse minds that work a bit differently. Oh Laura is my go to stationery brand as someone who has ADHD.

Every time you hit your water goal you can give yourself a happy face drawing or even a sticker or stamp in the box. It also works perfectly for tracking eating well, going to the gym or taking a proper break from work.
