Super sized earrings with a striking, gloomy storm design. A mirrored silver lightning bolt hangs from a grey rain cloud - the lightning really does appear to flash when the light hits it!
What really makes these earrings unique is the modern take on the hoop earring - a huge pastel mint green ring encircling the weather inside. This is so fun, bobbing around in your ear and adding a splash of colour to your day.
Although big, these statement earrings are super lightweight and comfortable to wear.

DESIGN PROCESS:
I love watching the weather from my huge bedroom windows that look out over Leeds, UK and thunder & lightning storms are my favourite view. I love how the bolts can brighten up the darkest sky. This design is hand drawn using a tablet and stylus and then the file is converted so I can cut it out on my laser cutter here in my studio.
I chose a mirrored acrylic for the lightning strike because as the earrings dangle in your ear the mirror catches the light and has the appearance of real lightning!

ECO FRIENDLY:
Perspex acrylic can be recycled all the way back to it's original raw material. I re-use as much waste product as I can to create other jewellery pieces and all other acrylic waste is recycled. Acrylic is also completely non toxic and food safe... just in case you drop your earrings in your dinner ;)
PACKAGING:
All items will be presented on branded display cards and packed up in a gift box ready for gift giving to a friend or yourself! Self presents are the best, you deserve it. The box can be reused to store and transport your jewellery or can be recycled in your standard household recycling.
DELIVERY:
UK delivery is via Royal Mail first class and is £3 or FREE on orders £20+! Items are dispatched between 1-2 working days and will be delivered in a further 1-2 days. If you haven't received your order within a week, please do get in touch and we'll find where it's wondered off to.
Worldwide delivery is available for a small charge. Customs charges may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery can take between 5 and 21 days. If you haven't received your order within 3 weeks, please do get in touch and we'll find your parcel together.
JEWELLERY CARE & ALLERGIES:
Look after your jewellery by storing it away from direct sunlight. Keep items in a box while travelling and clean acrylic with a soft, damp cloth to avoid scratching.
All jewellery is nickel free where stated and made from iron or stainless steel, but please take care if you are sensitive to metals as we can't guarantee items are suitable for all skin types.
