Hello! Here are a few guidelines to make your experience with Silly Loaf as enjoyable as possible :)What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or American Express debit and credit cards or via PayPal.
What are your shipping charges?

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. For more information, see the Shipping page.
My payment is pending, will you ship my order?
Most payments are instant, but please be aware that items will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared. If you are paying by eCheque this payment will take several days to clear.
My item has not arrived, what do I do?
Please be aware that once an item has been posted, the actual delivery to your door is beyond my control. If your order has not arrived within the time frame specified on the shipping page, please get in touch and I will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Will I be charged Customs and Duty?
Customs charges may apply and are the buyer's responsibility. Please see your individual country's policy on Customs and importing goods.
I have sensitive ears, can I wear your jewellery?
A nickel allergy is very common and as none of my jewellery items contain nickel there is a high chance they will be safe for you to wear, however if you are allergic to any materials it is your responsibility to find out if my items contain those materials. Any claims referring to 'non allergenic' and 'for sensitive skin' are made in regards to my metals being free of nickel. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.
By making a purchase from Silly Loaf you agree to these terms and conditions as well as those listed below:
Returns are accepted (including sale items) if you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the item that you wish to cancel your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Only then can we process your full refund, including original shipping costs at a basic rate (ie. special delivery surcharges will not be refunded). You will be responsible for any costs involved in returning the item to us and these costs will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your order number may be sufficient.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected then your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Silly Loaf Returns, 3B Westfield House, Broad Lane, Leeds, LS13 3HA. You must notify us first before returning your item. If you wish to return your item for a different product, please see the returns policy. You will receive a refund and will need to make a new purchase for the new item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is damaged or not as described. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning your item. This is a free service offered by Royal Mail/Post Office in the UK. If your item goes missing or is damaged before being returned to us, you may need to supply this proof of postage to receive your refund.
